Corporate Social Responsibility
CITESA actively and voluntarily contributes to social, economic, and environmental improvement through an implemented Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) system, included in its Integrated Management System (IMS).
We voluntarily integrate social and environmental concerns into our management, business operations, and stakeholder relationships. We consider CSR an inherent aspect of our culture and way of working.
Integrity, transparency, responsibility, and safety
Through our Good Business Practices procedure, we define the mechanisms to implement our Corporate Ethical Policy. CITESA has established a Code of Ethics and Corporate Conduct, featuring very clear and solid values and principles, as an essential part of its CSR. Likewise, to ensure its application, we perform risk assessments and periodic Good Business Practices audits.

SUSTAINABILITY, ONE OF OUR PILLARS
At CITESA, sustainability is an essential part of our corporate culture. Our strategy is based on four key principles: Governance, Human Rights, Environment, and Anti-Corruption, which strengthen the three fundamental pillars: Environmental, Social, and Economic. Through this approach, we seek a sustainable balance between economic growth, social well-being, and environmental protection, ensuring that present needs do not compromise the ability of future generations to meet theirs.
CITESA, committed to conducting its activity in the most sustainable way and reducing CO2 emissions, employs different energy sources for its vehicles. In addition to conventional diesel, it uses HVO, CNG, and LNG, and is studying a potential BioLPG alternative.
