Safety: our top priority
We promote the development of a proper Safety Culture that should reflect individual, group, and organizational attitudes, norms, and behaviors, which encompass the value, the priority, and the commitment to operational safety. All employees are committed to safety, and our goal is to be leaders in safety. For this leadership, we apply the 7 principles of safety:

SEGURACTÍVATE PROGRAM
CITESA, in its ongoing commitment to safety and making it its top priority, has developed an inclusive plan to change the safety behavior of its employees and partners, called “SEGURACTÍVATE.” Changing people’s behavior and attitudes regarding safety, as a fundamental part of the organization’s Safety Culture, is one of the most challenging goals to achieve. With this ambitious project, we want to “go beyond” in terms of safety, to remedy and raise awareness of behaviors in this important environment, minimize unsafe behaviors, and ensure that the results endure over time. We trust that this effort will help us consolidate ourselves as a safer company and promote the importance of this matter among our business partners.
